Panoxyl three Usage: Benzoyl peroxide is used to treat mild to moderate acne.
How to use Panoxyl 5: this pill is for topical use on the affected area only. Avoid using it in the eyes, mouth & nose, & on inflamed or damaged skin. liquid wash or bar soap is used instead about soap one time or twice day. Wet skin before applying it. Gently work up lather and rinse thoroughly. do not scrub skin. Creams, lotions or gels usually applied one time or 2 times day to affected area. a little is applied to the affected region & rubbed in gently. Pads: Wash the affected area of skin with a mild cleanser and water then dry it. following apply pad, usually once or twice day to the skin as directed.
Panoxyl three side effects: Slight stinging, dryness and peeling may occur initially. Expect this. However, notify your healthcare professional if following effects occur: redness, irritation, scaly eruptions, rash. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
Panoxyl three Precautions: Tell your doctor your medical history, especially: another skin problems, any allergies. this medication may bleach hair & colored clothing. Avoid contact. Safe use of benzoyl peroxide in children under 12 years old has not been established. Benzoyl peroxide should be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss risks & benefits with your healthcare professional. It's not known if this drug is excreted in to breast milk. Though there have no reports (to date) of harm to nursing infants, consult your pharmacist before breast-feeding.
Panoxyl 5 drug interactions: Tell youre doctor of all medicines you may use, both prescription & nonprescription, especially: other skin medicines. don't start or stop any medicine with out physician or pharmacist approval.
Panoxyl three Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact you're local poison control center or emergency room immediately. it medicine may be harmful if swallowed.
Panoxyl 5 special notes: this medication is available in many forms such as lotion, cream, gel or cleanser & in various strengths (2.5% to 10%). some can be purchased without prescription. Discuss the various products with youre pharmacist or doctor to determine the best one for you.
If you missed Panoxyl 5 dose: Use missed dose as soon as you remember and resume youre regular dosing schedule.
Panoxyl 5 Storage: Store between 59 and 76 degrees F (15 and 24.4 degrees C) away from moisture & sunlight.
