Doss 100 Usage: this drug helps fluids to mix with the stool to keep them from becoming hard or dry. it is used to treat constipation.

How to use Doss 100: Swallow capsules & tablets whole with full glass of water or juice. liquid and syrup forms must be given in 6 to 8 ounces about milk or juice to prevent throat irritation. Relief is usually obtained in 1 to 3 days after 1st dose.

Doss 100 side effects: this medication can cause stomach ache, cramping or irritated throat (liquid & syrup forms). If these effects continue or become bothersome, inform youre healthcare professional. Notify some your healthcare professional if you experience: skin rash, rectal bleeding, lack of bowel movements. Frequent use of laxatives can cause dehydration & loss of essential nutrients. Symptoms include muscle cramps, muscle weakness or dizziness. Maintain an adequate fluid intake while using it med. If you notice another effects not listed above, contact you're pharmacist or physician.

Doss 100 Precautions: do not take aspirin (unless prescribed by your doctor) or mineral oil while taking stool softeners. If you pregnant or breast-feeding, don't take over-the-counter stool softeners (or any other nonprescription medication) with out obtaining youre doctor's advice.

Doss 100 tablet interactions: this drug is not recommended for use with mineral oil. Ask your doctor or pharmacist since more details. Tell your healthcare professional of every prescription & nonprescription medication you may use, especially aspirin.

Doss 100 Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact you're local poison control center or emergency room immediately.

Doss 100 special notes: Laxatives should only be used temporarily until normal bowel habits return. Prolonged use can lead to laxative dependence. To prevent constipation: drink 4 to 6 glasses about water daily, include bulk or roughage in youre diet, and exercise regularly.

If you missed Doss 100 dose: If you miss dose, take as soon as remembered; do not take if It's almost time for following dose, instead, skip missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.

Doss 100 Storage: Store in room temperature away from sunlight & moisture.
