Chewable tablets are to be chewed thoroughly before swallowing. the fluoride in it chewable tablet can be absorbed directly into teeth during & after chewing, as well as being absorbed into your system after you swallow this. Therefore, this is best not to eat, drink, or rinse your mouth for 30 minutes after taking this. Calcium (including milk & dairy products), aluminum, and magnesium-containing goods (e.g., certain antacids or laxatives) can decrease absorption of fluoride, thereby decreasing It's effectiveness. Take this med several hours apart from such products/foods.

If you missed Tri a Vite W Fluoride dose: If you miss dose, take this as soon as remembered. If It's almost time for following dose, skip missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. don't 'double-up' doses.
Tri Vite W Fluoride Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (between 15 and 30 degrees C) away from heat and sunlight. Store liquid form in original plastic container. do not store at bathroom.
