Guaifenesin/decongestant - oral liquid

Panmist S Usage: Guaifenesin is an expectorant used to help clear mucous and congestion. Decongestants (e.g., pseudoephedrine) help relieve nasal congestion. this combination drug is used to treat symptoms associated with a cold, allergies or respiratory tract illness.

How to use Panmist S: Take this med by mouth as directed. do not increase the dose or take this more many times or longer than prescribed. Its recommended to drink plenty of fluids (6-8 glasses a day) to help relieve congestion.

Panmist S side effects: Nausea, stomach upset, loss of appetite, nervousness, dizziness or headache may occur 1'st several days as your body adjusts to drug. If these effects continue or become bothersome, inform youre healthcare professional. Notify your physician if you develop: chest pain, a rapid heart rate, anxiety, fear, difficulty urinating (men only), difficulty sleeping. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your healthcare professional or physician.

Panmist S Precautions: Tell some your healthcare professional if you have: heart problems, liver disease, kidney disease, lung disease, emphysema, high blood pressure, overactive thyroid, diabetes mellitus, glaucoma, difficulty urinating or an enlarged prostate, seizures, allergies (especially tablet allergies). Because it medication can cause dizziness, use caution performing tasks requiring alertness & avoid consuming alcohol which can aggravate this effect. it pill should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. it is not known if this drug appears in breast milk; consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

Panmist S drug interactions: Tell your healthcare professional of any over-the-counter or prescription pill you may take, including: sleeping pills, sedatives, tranquilizers, muscle relaxants, tablet for depression, HBP drugs. Tell your doctor if you have taken any MAO inhibitors (e.g., furazolidone, linezolid, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine) in last two weeks. do not start or stop any medicine with-out healthcare professional or doctor approval.

Panmist S Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include nausea, vomiting, fast or irregular heartbeat, & seizures.

Panmist S special notes: do not share it product with others.

If you missed Panmist S dose: If you miss a dose, take it as soon as remembered; do not take if it is almost time for following dose, instead, skip missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. don't 'double-up' dose to catch up.

Panmist S Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (between 15 & 30 degrees C) away from heat and sunlight. do not store in the bathroom.
