Alph E Usage: this medication is used as dietary supplement since prevention or treatment of Vitamin E deficiency.

Alph E can be used also for: this medication may also be used to treat symptoms of Alzheimer's disease, reduce risk of heart disease & prevent leg muscle cramps.

How to use Alph E: Take this drug by mouth with or without food, generally one time daily.

Alph E side effects: Nausea, diarrhea, tiredness, weakness & headache very unlikely but may occur. If these effects persist or worsen, notify your doctor. Very unlikely but report promptly: rash, stomach pain, impaired sexual function, menstrual problems. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your healthcare professional or physician.

Alph E Precautions: Tell your doctor youre medical history, including: any allergies, blood clotting disorders, thyroid problems, liver problems, kidney problems, high cholesterol. this vitamin is excreted into breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

Alph E drug interactions: Tell some your doctor of all nonprescription and prescription medication you may use, especially about: 'blood thinners' (e.g., warfarin), iron supplements, Vitamin a, mineral oil, thyroid medicine, cholesterol-lowering drugs (e.g., 'statins' such as lovastatin). do not start or stop any medicine with out pharmacist or physician approval.

Alph E Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include severe stomach pain, diarrhea, weakness, or fatigue; persistent sore throat or fever; gas, or trouble breathing.

Alph E special notes: do not share it medication with others.

If you missed Alph E dose: If you miss dose, use it as soon as you remember. If this is near time of the next dose, skip the missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. don't 'double-up' dose to catch up.

Alph E Storage: Store in room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15-30 degrees C) away from light & moisture.
