Guaifenesin with pseudoephedrine - oral capsule, tablet

Panmist LA Usage: Guaifenesin is an expectorant used to help clear mucous and congestion. Pseudoephedrine is decongestant which helps relieve nasal congestion. this combination med is used to treat symptoms associated with a cold, allergies or respiratory tract illness.
How to use Panmist LA: Take this medication by mouth. this should be swallowed whole. do not crush or chew the medication. If stomach upset occurs, this may be taken with food or milk. Take this drug as directed. don't increase dose or take this more many times or longer then prescribed. It's recommended to drink plenty about fluids (6-8 glasses day) to help relieve congestion.
Panmist LA side effects: Nausea, stomach upset, loss of appetite, nervousness, dizziness, or headache may occur 1'st several days as your body adjusts to the drug. If these effects continue or become bothersome, inform you're doctor. Notify your pharmacist if you develop: chest pain, a rapid heart rate, anxiety, fear, difficulty urinating (men only), difficulty sleeping. Because this medication may cause dizziness, use caution performing tasks requiring alertness & avoid consuming alcohol which can aggravate this effect. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your physician or pharmacist.
Panmist LA Precautions: Tell your healthcare professional if you have: pre-existing heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, lung disease, emphysema, HBP, overactive thyroid, diabetes mellitus, glaucoma, difficulty urinating, an enlarged prostate, history about seizures. it medication should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss risks & benefits with your pharmacist. It's not known if this drug appears in breast milk; consult your physician before breast-feeding.
Panmist LA drug interactions: Tell youre doctor about any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take including: sleeping pills, sedatives, tranquilizers, muscle relaxants, med since depression, medication for high blood pressure. Tell your doctor if you have taken any MAO inhibitors at the last two weeks: furazolidone, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine, linezolid. don't start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.
Panmist LA Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include nausea, vomiting, fast or irregular heartbeat, & seizures.
Panmist LA special notes: don't share it product with others.
If you missed Panmist LA dose: If you miss dose, take this as soon as remembered; do not take if Its almost time for next dose, instead, skip missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.
Panmist LA Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (between 15 & 30 degrees C) away from moisture and sunlight. do not store in the bathroom.
