Desitin Usage: this drug is used to treat or prevent minor skin irritations (e.g., burns, cuts, poison ivy, diaper rash).
How to use Desitin: Apply generous amount of medication to the affected area of skin as often as needed, or as directed by youre doctor. since external use only. Avoid getting it medication in eyes. If redness, irritation or itching continue, or you're condition worsens or does not improve, notify your healthcare professional or physician immediately.
Desitin side effects: this med is generally well tolerated when used as directed. theyre are no reports about any side effects due to the use of this drug. However, if you experience any unusual effects while using this drug, notify you're physician.
Desitin Precautions: Tell your healthcare professional youre medical history, especially about: other skin infections/problems, allergies (especially medication allergies). Before using this medication, tell youre healthcare professional if you are pregnant. this is not known if it med passes in to breast milk. Consult your pharmacist before breast-feeding.
Desitin med interactions: Tell your physician of every prescription & nonprescription medication you may use, especially of: another skin products. do not start or stop any medicine without healthcare professional or physician approval.
Desitin Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. it medicine may be harmful if swallowed.
Desitin special notes: don't share this drug with others.
If you missed Desitin dose: Not applicable.
Desitin Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C).
