Theocap Usage: it drug improves breathing by opening air passages in lungs. Its used in the treatment of asthma, chronic bronchitis, & emphysema.

How to use Theocap: this medication works best when taken on an empty stomach one hour before or 2 hours after meals. If stomach upset occurs, it may be taken with food. Long acting capsules & tablets must be swallowed whole. Crushing or chewing them may destroy long action & increase possibility of side effects. If capsules too large to swallow, open capsule and mix contents with jelly or applesauce and swallow with-out chewing. it medication works best if constant level is maintained in the body. Do this by taking doses at evenly spaced intervals.

Theocap side effects: Dizziness, headache, lightheadedness, heartburn, stomach pain, loss of appetite, restlessness, nervousness, sleeplessness or increased urination may occur as youre body adjusts to tablet. If these symptoms persist or worsen, inform youre doctor. Inform your pharmacist if you experience: chest pain, rapid or irregular heartbeat, confusion, severe stomach pain, breathing difficulties. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact youre doctor or pharmacist.

Theocap Precautions: Avoid drinking large amounts of beverages containing caffeine (coffee, tea, colas) or eating big amounts about chocolate. Caffeine can increase side effects of it med. Smoking affects this medication. Be sure to tell your doctor if you smoke or use nicotine. Inform you're healthcare professional if you stop smoking. you're dose may need to be adjusted. this medication should be used during pregnancy only if clearly needed. Because small amounts about this pill appear in breast milk, consult with your physician before breast-feeding. Tell youre doctor your complete medical history especially if you are taking medicine (beta-blockers) for high blood pressure.

Theocap pill interactions: Inform you're pharmacist about all medicines you use (both prescription and nonprescription), especially if you take: cimetidine, erythromycin, troleandomycin, mexiletine, tacrine, barbiturates, disulfiram, rifampin, thiabendazole, birth control pills, rifabutin, ticlopidine, quinolone antibiotics, beta-blockers, phenytoin, fluvoxamine (an SSRI antidepressant), St John's wort. do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or healthcare professional approval.

Theocap Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include unusually fast or slow heartbeat, loss about appetite, nausea/vomiting, sleeplessness, irritability, restlessness, headache, increased thirst, fever, ringing in ears, delirium, muscle twitching or weakness, seizures, sweating, or fast breathing.

Theocap special notes: do not change your diet without 1'st checking with youre pharmacist. large amounts of char-broiled foods or a high protein, low carbohydrate diet can affect the action about it drug. do not change brands of this medication without consulting your doctor or doctor. Not every brands identical in action.

If you missed Theocap dose: If you miss dose, take as soon as remembered; do not take if It's almost time for next dose, instead, skip missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. don't 'double-up' the dose to catch up.

Theocap Storage: Store at room temperature away from moisture & sunlight. do not store in bathroom. do not freeze liquid forms of this drug.
