How to use Calcium Antacid Extra Strength: Take it by mouth as directed. Chew thoroughly & swallow. do not swallow tablets whole. Follow each dose with a full glass of water. don't increase dose or take this more often than prescribed. If you feel some your dose isnot effective, consult youre physician.
