    Triaminic Allergy Congestion Usage: Dextromethorphan is cough suppressant. Decongestants relieve nasal stuffiness. this combination drug is used to treat symptoms associated with the common cold, allergies, hay fever, sinusitis & other respiratory illnesses.

    How to use Triaminic Allergy Congestion: Take this drug as prescribed. do not increase your dose or take it more often than directed. Capsule dose forms should be swallowed whole.

    Triaminic Allergy Congestion side effects: Mild dizziness, mild drowsiness, headache, nervousness, restlessness, loss of appetite, nausea or dry mouth may occur first some days as your body adjusts to medication. If any of these effects continue or become bothersome, inform your doctor. Notify your doctor if you develop chest pain, rapid pulse, skin rash, high blood pressure, tremors, extreme nervousness, hallucinations. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your healthcare professional or physician.

    Triaminic Allergy Congestion Precautions: Tell your doctor if you have: heart disease, hypertension, an overactive thyroid, diabetes, glaucoma, prostate trouble, allergies (especially drug allergies). cash this product's ingredient list for phenylpropanolamine (PPA). the FDA has issued warnings regarding PPA side effects. Consult youre pharmacist promptly if this contains PPA or if you are uncertain this product has PPA. this medication should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks & benefits with your doctor. since small amounts about this drug found in breast milk, consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

    Triaminic Allergy Congestion drug interactions: Tell your pharmacist about any over-the-counter or prescription drug you may use, including: blood pressure medications, drugs used to reduce weight, heart medication, tablet that prevents drowsiness, MAO inhibitors (e.g., furazolidone, linezolid, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine). do not use this product together with an MAO inhibitor, or for 2 weeks after stopping MAO inhibitor pill. do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.

    Triaminic Allergy Congestion Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include nausea, vomiting, drowsiness, dizziness, hyperactivity, slow or shallow breathing, blurred vision, or unconsciousness.

    Triaminic Allergy Congestion special notes: Drink plenty of fluids, especially water while taking this drug. it will help to break up mucus & clear congestion.

    If you missed Triaminic Allergy Congestion dose: If you miss dose, take this as soon as remembered; do not take it if It's near time for next dose, instead, skip missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose to catch up.

    Triaminic Allergy Congestion Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat & light. do not store in the bathroom.
