Pancrelipase - oral enteric coated capsule

Pancron 20 Usage: it medication contains digestive enzymes which help digest and absorb foods. it is used to treat symptoms of pancreatitis or other various digestive disorders.

How to use Pancron 20: this medication works best if taken with or after meals. Swallow capsule whole. do not crush or chew it. capsule may also be opened, contents sprinkled on very small amount of soft food (e.g., gelatin, applesauce) & food swallowed immediately without chewing. don't mix the contents of capsule with alkaline foods such as milk or ice cream because protective coating may dissolve prematurely. Antacids may hinder effects of this drug. don't take an antacid at the same time as this drug. Wait at least two hours between administration.

Pancron 20 side effects: Generally this medication is very well tolerated & side effects are mild if they occur. Diarrhea, cramping or stomach upset may occur when starting treatment. If these effects persist or worsen, inform your healthcare professional. Although very unlikely to occur, notify your physician if you develop: skin rash, severe stomach distress. If you notice another effects not listed above, contact your physician or pharmacist.

Pancron 20 Precautions: Tell your healthcare professional your medical history, especially of: allergies (especially to pork). this drug should be used during pregnancy only if clearly needed. Discuss the risks & benefits with some your pharmacist. it isn't known if this drug appears in breast milk. Consult your physician before breast-feeding.

Pancron 20 drug interactions: Tell you're pharmacist of every prescription and nonprescription med you may use. do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or physician approval.

Pancron 20 Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately.

Pancron 20 special notes: do not share it product with others.

If you missed Pancron 20 dose: Take any missed dose as soon as possible but not if it is almost time for next dose. If It's time for following dose, skip missed dose & resume your regular schedule. don't 'double-up' dose.

Pancron 20 Storage: Store at room temperature and keep away from moisture and heat. do not store in bathroom.
