Calcium Antacid Usage: it med is an antacid used to relieve upset stomach, heartburn or gas caused by stomach acid.
How to use Calcium Antacid: Take this by mouth as directed. Chew thoroughly & swallow. don't swallow the tablets whole. Follow each dose with full glass of water. don't increase dose or take this more much times than prescribed. If you feel your dose is not effective, consult your doctor.
Calcium Antacid side effects: this drug is generally well tolerated. Constipation or stomach cramps may occur. Notify you're doctor if they continue or become severe. Tell your doctor immediately if any of these serious side effects occur: loss about appetite, vomiting, dizziness, headache. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your healthcare professional or physician.
Calcium Antacid Precautions: Before taking this, tell your doctor if you have: kidney disease, any allergies. Avoid taking more doses then recommended. this med is considered safe for use during pregnancy or breast-feeding when used as directed.

Calcium Antacid Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, tiredness, & weakness.

If you missed Calcium Antacid dose: If you miss a dose, take it as soon as remembered don't take this if it is near time for next dose, instead, skip the missed dose & resume you're usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.
Calcium Antacid Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from light and moisture. do not store in bathroom.
