Pancrelipase - oral enteric coated capsule

Pancron 10 Usage: it medication contains digestive enzymes which help digest & absorb foods. it is used to treat symptoms of pancreatitis or other various digestive disorders.

How to use Pancron 10: it medication works best if taken with or after meals. Swallow the capsule whole. do not crush or chew it. capsule may also be opened, the contents sprinkled on a small amount of soft food (e.g., gelatin, applesauce) & the food swallowed immediately without chewing. don't mix contents of capsule with alkaline foods such as milk or ice cream because the protective coating may dissolve prematurely. Antacids may hinder the effects of this drug. do not take an antacid at same clock as this medication. Wait at least 2 hours between administration.

Pancron 10 side effects: Generally this pill is very well tolerated and side effects mild if they occur. Diarrhea, cramping or stomach upset may occur when starting treatment. If these effects persist or worsen, inform your doctor. Although very unlikely to occur, notify your pharmacist if you develop: skin rash, severe stomach distress. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact you're doctor or pharmacist.

Pancron 10 Precautions: Tell your doctor your medical history, especially of: allergies (especially to pork). this medication must be used during pregnancy only if clearly needed. Discuss the risks & benefits with your physician. this isnot known if it medication appears in breast milk. Consult your physician before breast-feeding.

Pancron 10 drug interactions: Tell your healthcare professional of all prescription and nonprescription tablet you may use. don't start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.

Pancron 10 Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately.

Pancron 10 special notes: do not share this product with others.

If you missed Pancron 10 dose: Take any missed dose as soon as possible but not if it is almost time for the following dose. If It's time for following dose, skip missed dose & resume your regular schedule. don't 'double-up' dose.

Pancron 10 Storage: Store in room temperature and keep away from moisture & heat. do not store in bathroom.
