Magic Bullet Usage: this med is stimulant laxative. it acts by irritating digestive tract and stimulates intestinal activity. It's used to treat constipation or to clean out intestinal tract before bowel examinations or bowel surgery.
How to use Magic Bullet: To use suppository, unwrap it & moisten it slightly in lukewarm water. Lie on your left side with right knee slightly bent. Insert suppository into rectum with your finger. If possible, avoid a bowel movement for 10 to 15 minutes to allow the medication to work.
Magic Bullet side effects: it drug may cause stomach ache, cramping, weakness, sweating, irritation of the rectal area, diarrhea, or dizziness. Notify youre physician if you experience: chest pain, fainting, rectal bleeding, lack about bowel movements. Frequent use of laxatives can cause dehydration & loss of essential nutrients. Symptoms include muscle cramps, muscle weakness or dizziness. Maintain an adequate fluid intake while using this medication. If you notice another effects not listed above, contact you're doctor or pharmacist.
Magic Bullet Precautions: do not use bisacodyl without consulting your doctor if you have: severe nausea, vomiting, gastritis, other stomach or intestinal problems, recent abdominal surgery, rectal bleeding, vitamin/mineral deficiencies, appendicitis, allergy to bisacodyl. If the patient is under 6 years about age, consult child's doctor before using it medication. Before using bisacodyl, tell your pharmacist if you are pregnant. Its not known if bisacodyl passes in to breast milk. Consult your pharmacist if you are breast-feeding.
Magic Bullet drug interactions: Tell your physician of all prescription and nonprescription med you may use. do not stop or start any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.
Magic Bullet Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. this medicine may be harmful if swallowed. If you or someone you know may have taken this medicine by mouth, contact some your local poison control center or emergency room immediately.
Magic Bullet special notes: Laxatives must only be used temporarily until normal bowel habits return. Prolonged use can lead to laxative dependence. To prevent constipation: drink 4 to 6 glasses of water daily, include bulk or roughage in your diet, & exercise regularly.
If you missed Magic Bullet dose: If you miss a dose, skip missed dose. don't double dose.
Magic Bullet Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from moisture & sunlight. do not store in the bathroom.
