R Tanna S Usage: Antihistamines provide relief of symptoms about allergies such as rash, hives, watery eyes, runny nose, itching eyes & sneezing. Decongestants relieve congestion, promote sinus draining and improve breathing.
How to use R Tanna S: May be taken with food or milk to prevent stomach upset. It's recommended to drink plenty of fluids while taking this drug, unless youre physician instructs you otherwise. If symptoms do not improve after 7 days or accompanied by a high fever, notify your healthcare professional. do not increase dose or take this more frequently than recommended. the suspension dosage form must be shaken well before each use.
R Tanna S side effects: may cause drowsiness, dizziness, headache, loss of appetite, stomach upset, blurred vision, restlessness, irritability & dry mouth and nose. These effects should subside as youre body adjusts to medication. If they persist or become bothersome, inform your physician. Notify your doctor if you develop: breathing difficulties, heart pounding, irregular heartbeat, chest pain, ringing at the ears, difficulty urinating. may cause dizziness especially when rising quickly from a seated or lying position. Change positions slowly and be careful on stairs. Use caution engaging in activities requiring alertness. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or physician.
R Tanna S Precautions: Tell your physician your medical history, especially of: asthma, glaucoma, ulcers, difficulty urinating due to an enlarged prostate gland, heart disease, HBP, seizures, an overactive thyroid gland, tablet allergies. money this product's ingredient list for phenylpropanolamine (PPA). the FDA has issued warnings regarding PPA side effects. R Tanna S medication interactions: Tell your doctor what medications you take, especially of: high blood pressure medications, anti-seizure drugs, antidepressants, sleeping meds, sedatives, tranquilizers, muscle relaxants, narcotic pain pill, another cold or allergy pill. don't take this medication if you have taken an MAO inhibitor (e.g., furazolidone, linezolid, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine) within the last two weeks. do not start or stop any medicine with-out pharmacist or healthcare professional approval.
R Tanna S Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact you're local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose in children may include dizziness, nausea/vomiting, abnormal eye movements, flushed face, dry mouth, change in amount of urine, fever, excitation, agitation, unconsciousness, bizarre behavior, confusion, restlessness, irritability, delirium, twitching, tiredness, abnormal tongue movement, trembling extremities, slurred speech, or seizures. Symptoms of overdose at adults may include nausea/vomiting, drowsiness, dizziness, or unconsciousness, which may be followed by excitement or seizures.

If you missed R Tanna S dose: If you miss dose, take as soon as remembered; do not take if this is almost time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose & resume youre usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose to catch up.
