Koro Flex Arcing 60mm Usage: it barrier device is used to prevent pregnancy.

How to use Koro Flex Arcing 60mm: To be most effective, diaphragm is used with spermicide contraceptive as directed. Practice inserting and removing diaphragm at doctor's office to learn proper placement. Prior to sexual intercourse, place proper amount of spermicide into diaphragm & spread few around outer ring. Insert the diaphragm into vagina to cover the cervix. the diaphragm & spermicide should remain in place for 6-8 hours after the last act of intercourse (time is dependent upon the product information for spermicide). the diaphragm must be removed as soon as possible after this time period. diaphragm shouldn't be worn continuously for more than 24 hours. If additional spermicide is required while the diaphragm is worn, diaphragm shouldn't be removed to apply spermicide. Wash the diaphragm using warm, soapy water. Dry it and hold this to the light to cash for any holes or tears. Place the diaphragm at case for proper storage. diaphragm must be refitted after childbirth & must be checked at every annual pelvic exam.
