C Phed Tannate Usage: Antihistamines provide relief of symptoms of allergies such as rash, hives, watery eyes, runny nose, itching eyes & sneezing. Decongestants relieve congestion, promote sinus draining and improve breathing.
How to use C Phed Tannate: May be taken with food or milk to prevent stomach upset. this is recommended to drink plenty of fluids while taking it medication, unless your physician instructs you otherwise. If symptoms do not improve after 7 days or are accompanied by high fever, notify your physician. do not increase the dose or take this more frequently than recommended. the suspension dosage form should be shaken well before each use.
C Phed Tannate side effects: may cause drowsiness, dizziness, headache, loss of appetite, stomach upset, blurred vision, restlessness, irritability & dry mouth and nose. These effects should subside as your body adjusts to the drug. If they persist or become bothersome, inform your physician. Notify you're doctor if you develop: breathing difficulties, heart pounding, irregular heartbeat, chest pain, ringing at the ears, difficulty urinating. may cause dizziness especially when rising quickly from a seated or lying position. Change positions slowly and be careful on stairs. Use caution engaging in activities requiring alertness. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact some your physician or pharmacist.
C Phed Tannate Precautions: Tell your doctor youre medical history, especially of: asthma, glaucoma, ulcers, difficulty urinating due to an enlarged prostate gland, heart disease, high blood pressure, seizures, an overactive thyroid gland, drug allergies. money this product's ingredient list for phenylpropanolamine (PPA). FDA has issued warnings regarding PPA side effects. Consult your doctor promptly if it contains PPA or if you are uncertain it product has PPA. do not drink alcoholic beverages. it drug should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Consult some your pharmacist before breast-feeding. do not give this medication to child younger then six years about age unless directed to do so by doctor.
C Phed Tannate drug interactions: Tell youre doctor what medications you take, especially of: HBP drugs, anti-seizure tablets, antidepressants, sleeping pills, sedatives, tranquilizers, muscle relaxants, narcotic pain medication, other cold or allergy medication. do not take this drug if you have taken an MAO inhibitor (e.g., furazolidone, linezolid, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine) within last two weeks. do not start or stop any medicine without healthcare professional or doctor approval.
C Phed Tannate Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms about overdose in children may include dizziness, nausea/vomiting, abnormal eye movements, flushed face, dry mouth, change in amount of urine, fever, excitation, agitation, unconsciousness, bizarre behavior, confusion, restlessness, irritability, delirium, twitching, tiredness, abnormal tongue movement, trembling extremities, slurred speech, or seizures. Symptoms about overdose in adults may include nausea/vomiting, drowsiness, dizziness, or unconsciousness, which may be followed by excitement or seizures.
C Phed Tannate special notes: do not share this product with others.
If you missed C Phed Tannate dose: If you miss a dose, take as soon as remembered; do not take if it is almost time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. don't 'double-up' dose to catch up.
C Phed Tannate Storage: Store at room temperature away from sunlight & moisture.
