Roxicodone Intensol Usage: this drug is used to relieve moderate to severe pain.

How to use Roxicodone Intensol: Take by mouth exactly as directed by your doctor. Take with food or milk to minimize or prevent stomach upset. this med is usually taken every 12 to 6 hours (2 to 4 times daily). don't increase some your dose, take it more frequently or use this for a longer period of time than prescribed because this tablet can be habit-forming. Also, if used for an extended period of time, don't suddenly stop using it drug with-out you're doctor's approval. Over time, this drug may not work as well as this did at beginning. Consult your pharmacist if this drug isn't relieving the pain sufficiently.

Roxicodone Intensol side effects: may cause constipation, lightheadedness, stomach upset, dizziness, drowsiness, nausea and flushing. If these effects persist or worsen, contact your pharmacist. Notify your pharmacist if you develop: irregular heartbeat, anxiety, tremors, seizures. in unlikely event you have an allergic reaction to this med, seek medical attention immediately. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or physician.

Roxicodone Intensol Precautions: Before using this med, tell your pharmacist your medical history, especially about: severe diarrhea, stomach or intestinal disorders, breathing problems, kidney or liver disease, history of alcohol use, medication dependence, any drug allergies. Alcoholic beverages may increase the effects of this drug causing dizziness or lightheadedness. Limit alcohol intake. Use caution engaging in activities requiring alertness such as driving. Caution is advised when using this medication in the elderly because they may be more sensitive to effects of this drug. the medication should be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss risks & benefits with some your doctor. Oxycodone is excreted into breast milk. Though no problems have been reported in nursing infants, consult your healthcare professional before breast-feeding.

Roxicodone Intensol drug interactions: Before using this medication, tell you're doctor of all drugs you may use, both prescription and nonprescription, especially of: cimetidine, other narcotic pain relievers, sleep pills, tablets for mental/mood conditions, alcohol use. many cough-and-cold preparations contain ingredients that may add to the drowsiness effects of oxycodone. If you missed Roxicodone Intensol dose: If you should miss a dose, take it as soon as remembered unless it is almost clock for the following dose. If this is nearly time for the next dose, skip the missed dose & resume youre usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose.

Roxicodone Intensol Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (between 15 and 30 degrees C) away from moisture & sunlight. do not store in bathroom.
