Kudrox Double Strength Usage: this is an antacid that works in stomach to neutralize and reduce acid. Antacids are used to treat an upset stomach caused by heartburn, acid indigestion, or sour stomach; to treat peptic ulcer, hiatal hernia or other conditions caused by an excess about stomach acid; & to prevent ulcers or bleeding from ulcers.
How to use Kudrox Double Strength: Take this medication as prescribed. Taking too many of an antacid can reverse effects and more acid will be secreted. at certain conditions, however, it may be necessary to take the antacid as frequently as every 1 to 2 hours. To be effective, chewable tablets must be chewed thoroughly before swallowing followed by full glass about water. Shake liquid forms well before pouring each dose. don't take any another drug within 1 to two hours about taking an antacid. since antacids coat the stomach, they can prevent other pills from being absorbed properly if taken at the same time.
Kudrox Double Strength side effects: this drug can cause nausea, loss about appetite, constipation or diarrhea, weakness, or headache. If these symptoms persist or become severe, notify your physician. Notify you're pharmacist if you notice black, tarry stools while taking this drug. If you notice another effects not listed above, contact your healthcare professional or physician.
Kudrox Double Strength Precautions: Tell you're doctor some your medical history, especially of: kidney problems.
Kudrox Double Strength tablet interactions: Tell your healthcare professional of every prescription & nonprescription drugs you may use, especially of: tetracycline, ferrous sulfate (iron), drugs used since arthritis (e.g., aspirin, indomethacin), digoxin, isoniazid, pseudoephedrine, diazepam, methenamine, ketoconazole. do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or physician approval.
Kudrox Double Strength Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include dizziness, fatigue, weakness, severe nausea & vomiting, loss of appetite, drowsiness, slow or shallow breathing, or loss about consciousness.
Kudrox Double Strength special notes: Refrigerating the liquid antacids may improve the taste. do not freeze. If you dislike the taste of one antacid, talk to youre doctor or healthcare professional about switching to a similar product. liquid antacid forms work faster & more effective than the other forms. However, chewable tablets may be more convenient.
If you missed Kudrox Double Strength dose: If you miss dose, take as soon as remembered; don't take if It's almost time for following dose, instead, skip the missed dose & resume you're usual dosing schedule. don't 'double-up' the dose to catch up.
Kudrox Double Strength Storage: Store tablets, capsules and powdered forms in room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (between 15 and 30 degrees C) away from moisture and sunlight. do not store at bathroom. do not freeze liquid forms about this drug.
