Warning: this medication may be absorbed into bloodstream & may rarely cause severe (in several cases, fatal) intestinal problems (pseudomembranous colitis). Consult your physician or healthcare professional for more details. Notify your physician immediately if you develop persistent diarrhea, abdominal or stomach pain, or blood/mucous in youre stool. your doctor will decide if you require other treatment. These symptoms may occur weeks after stopping use of this drug. don't use anti-diarrhea products or narcotic pain meds if you have these symptoms. These products may make symptoms worse. you're pharmacist will monitor you closely while you are using this medication.

Clindagel Usage: An antibiotic used to treat acne.

How to use Clindagel: it tablet must be used as directed. Clean and dry affected region before applying the medication. Avoid contact with eyes, nose, mouth or broken skin. If this occurs, rinse well with running water. don't use more much times than prescribed.

Clindagel side effects: this med may cause dry, scaly or peeling skin, irritation or oiliness of the skin. Contact you're physician if diarrhea or stomach pain occur. don't take any anti-diarrhea meds. Notify youre pharmacist of: skin rash, itching, redness or other irritation. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your healthcare professional or physician.

Clindagel Precautions: Although unlikely, clindamycin has been reported to be absorbed through skin in certain individuals. Therefore, before using this drug, tell youre doctor if you have had: colitis or any gastrointestinal disease, liver disease, kidney disease, allergic reaction to clindamycin. women who are pregnant or breast-feeding should inform their doctors.

Clindagel med interactions: Before you use it drug, tell your healthcare professional of any other pills you taking, including nonprescription medications. don't start or stop any medicine without pharmacist or pharmacist approval.

Clindagel Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. this medicine may be harmful if swallowed.

Clindagel special notes: this medication has been prescribed for youre current condition only. don't use this later for another infection or give it to someone else. different drug may be necessary in those cases.

If you missed Clindagel dose: If you should miss dose of this drug, apply it as soon as remembered. If you do not remember until this is nearly time for next dose, skip missed dose & resume youre usual dosing schedule.

Clindagel Storage: Store at room temperature away from sunlight.
