Calagesic Usage: it drug is an antihistamine used on the skin to relieve itching associated with various skin disorders such as insect bites, sunburn or poison ivy.
How to use Calagesic: this pill is for topical use only. Clean & dry affected region as directed. then apply a very small amount of the med on the skin. thin layer is every that is needed. Cover with a bandage if directed to do so. do not use big amounts or apply this more many times than directed. your condition will not clear faster, but side effects may be increased. Use carefully if applying to face. Avoid contact with the eyes, nose & mouth.
Calagesic side effects: it drug may cause burning, redness, or rash. Notify youre doctor if you develop any of these symptoms occur. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your healthcare professional or healthcare professional.
Calagesic Precautions: Tell your doctor if you have: other illnesses, other infections, any allergies. this tablet should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss risks & benefits with you're pharmacist. It's not known if this medication is found in breast milk. Consult your physician before breast-feeding.
Calagesic drug interactions: Tell some your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription med you may use, especially of: skin goods containing hydrocortisone. do not start or stop any medicine without pharmacist or pharmacist approval.
Calagesic Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact youre local poison control center or emergency room immediately. this medicine may be harmful if swallowed. Symptoms of overdose may include abnormal eye movements, dry mouth, change in amount of urine, fever, hyperactivity, bizarre behavior, or seizures.
Calagesic special notes: If the condition since which this was prescribed does not improve or becomes worse after several days, notify your doctor.
If you missed Calagesic dose: If you miss dose, apply it as soon as remembered; don't take it if it is near time for next dose, instead, skip the missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. don't 'double-up' the dose to catch up.
Calagesic Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat & light. don't store in bathroom.
